Facilities
At Culinary Institute of Australia (CIA) , we believe it is important to create a welcoming, nurturing atmosphere where students can learn and feel at home. We pay attention to details when it comes to providing quality training infrastructure to our students. We have handpicked all our physical resources to ensure they comply with our quality benchmarks.
Classrooms
In sync with modern times, the Institute has spacious air-conditioned classrooms with natural light and views of the city. There are overhead data projectors installed for classroom presentations. Audio-visual equipment, such as projectors and speakers, are provided to assist teachers to present information in an engaging and interactive manner. With these facilities, teachers can show videos, animations, and other multimedia content to help students understand complex concepts and retain information more effectively.
Computer Laboratories
With the rise of online learning, internet access has become an essential facility in the classroom. This facility enables students to access online resources, conduct research, and communicate with their peers and teachers. The students have access to computers equipped with the latest hardware and software to encourage high-quality learning. These computer labs have access to the web and e-mail.
Amenities Room
The student amenities room is equipped with kettles, microwaves, vending machine and a fridge.
Counselling Services
We guide and support our students by giving them access to expert Student Counsellors to help them resolve concerns about their studies, career and personal lives.
Recreational Activities
To make learning pleasurable, Student Support Officer organises social events so students can mingle and socialise. These events range from cultural and sightseeing events, to dinners, excursions and sporting events.
Learning Resources
Learning resources, such as textbooks, reference materials, and workbooks, are essential for students to learn and practice their skills. These materials provided by the school or the teacher and are used to support the curriculum.
