Admission Process
Preparing Application for Enrolment
The following information and documents are required to apply at Culinary Institute Australia.
- Application: All students are required to complete the application form to commence the admissions process. The application form can be downloaded from our website.
- Academic transcripts: A copy of all academic transcripts from high school, and other academic institutions must be submitted along with the application form.
- Evidence of English Language ability: An IELTS score of 5.5 or equivalent is required for entry into this program. However if a student has an IELTS score of 5.0, the student will be required to complete an English Language course to achieve the required standard prior to commencement of the course. Attach evidence of English Language
- Evidence of Identity: Attach a certified copy of your passport with your application
- Work Experience (if Applicable): Please attached evidence of work experience related to the course of study you are applying for.
- Special Consideration: If a student is not able to meet the entry requirements
but considers they have the skills and experience to succeed in the course,
they may apply to Culinary Institute Australia for special
consideration for entry. - Submitting Application for Enrolment
- All completed applications must be submitted to the admissions team via email (info@culinaryaustralia.edu.au) or in person at the Campus (Level 4, 20 Queen St, Melbourne, VIC 3000).
- All successful applicants will receive an offer letter and enrolment agreement with details to accept the offer.
- Finalising the Enrolment
- All successful applicants will be required to sign the offer letter and enrolment agreement to accept the offer and make a deposit for issuing eCoE.
- Once the payment has been received, the institute will issue the eCoE.
- The Student can then either lodge the visa using the Immi Account (https://online.immi.gov.au) or through an education agent.
